  2. This is more or less the end of the lawfare coup. Jack Smith is an unconstitutional special council so all his cases will likely be thrown out. We have only got the theatre of Merchan sentencing Trump to jail on the 11th for the "hush money" but SCOTUS has already ruled in a similar case that judgements must be unanimous so that's likely to be overturned very quickly.
