Russian gold and foreign exchange reserves + National Welfare Fund have grown since 2015 by 270 bln. dollars to 770 billion dollars. And you call this " Russia doesn't have so much mone anymore"? The USSR have never seen even the 1/4th of the money that Russia has now! Russia has the desiding influence on its former territory!
