@Axe_Slinger It absolutly doesnt matter when these two towns were established dont you find? Kievan prince but not "ukrainian" - as Kiev was russsian sity. It was called Kiev, non Kyiv, the river was called Dnepr non Dnipro in all the historical documents. All kievan princes were first of all rostov and novgorod russian princes and were also called 'kievan" as they came from that sityes to rool Rusia in Kiev that had been made the capital of Rus by russian princes that had taken it by the war. Before this it was not ukrainian but "polan" or "ulan"/ After russian princes had come from Novgorod and defited Khazars Kiev it became russian not ukrainian. First Russia had been established in Novgorod, then in Kiev (after defited it), after in Vladimir and Moscow/"Ukrainians" was just the geografical meaning not nationality and as nationality it was invented in the middle of the 19 century from south russians. Dont teach me the history of Russia - ukrainians have always been russians in it. Now the Ukrain is collapsing as it faild to build the normal nationalhood but became the mercenary of the West against Russia. In the long history of Russia it always had the only end. @Axe_Slinger All you've said above is a pile of stuff and nonsense.... The state with the name "Kievan Rus" has never existed on Earth, but Rus or Russia. Obviously there lived all RUSsians. "The name Ukraine, meaning borderland, is first known to appear in an 11th Century " - this is the only truth you've said. The "borderlanders" (or the ukrainians) was just a geo-locational meaning but not any nationality. Russian people living in other borders of Russia also used to be called like this.

Kiev didnt create its own dinasty! The russian princes from Rostov, Novgorod used to come there as in the main office of Russia for a work! It was ruled by russian princes "that came from Novgorod according to the Law "Russian truth", their state was called Rus or Rosia and they were obviously russians. Its well known that the name @rus@ came to Russia from the Scandinavian state. Krives, Ilmen slovens called them to rule in a democratic manner as the "third independent forse". Thus Rus (Rosia in greek manner) was born in Novgorod in 862/ And later it conquisted Khasar Kiev of also slavic polans and ulans and made them also russians. So what? @Axe_Slinger Dont smoke any more this stuff, son! Eat and go to school! Russia has been having this name - since 10th cen. according to the documents of Konstantin the Emperor of Byzantium. Ucrainians - is a young, artificial and not viable project unable to build its statehood that is collapsing now/
