you've said a pile of stuff: 1. russian resourses have remained on the market and on the contrary it couldn't have been. 2. the "green revolution" is a myth and the Soros stuff to neocolonialize other countries .
3. "A weaker Russia" ... As from the last figures of the IMF the GDP of Germany in 2023 will be -0,53%, Sweden -0,6%, the UK +0,48%, the whole eurozone +0,63%, Canada +1,2%, The US +2,09%.... Meanwhile in Russia +2,3%.
4. what prevented Kazakhstan from becoming "a prosperous country" first? unless the complete absence of the domestic automotive, electronic, aviation, engine, rocket & space, nuclear and ship industry? Kazakhstan has lived 30 years from the export of the own resourses using the colonial "Production Sharing Agreement" that left less profits to the owner of the subsurfaces. Do you really think that if your country increases the export of the row materials it will achieve any prosperity?
5. And the last... Napoleon used to say - "The geography is destiny". Kazakhstan has already become "dependent from Cina". It has no sea and the shortest, cheapest and most simple way from Urumchi China to Berlin Europe comes via Russia. It's 2000km shorter then via Kirgizstan, Iran, Turkey. @devalapar7878
