Hmmm.....they are exporting terrorism, close to open war with their neighbors by their own acts, their economy is dependent on opium production and export, and they are a barbarian culture with little better than stone age social ideals despite their laughable attempts at appearing modernized. And the UN is fretting because they will soon starve. Well......not soon enough. And don't hand me that nonsense that "Oh, it's just the Taliban that are evil; the Afghan people are poor victims." The people made their government. The Taliban are the people. Every Afghan man enabled this. If millions of Afghans starve, then that will be millions less Taliban supporters.
