Russia stood up for them, and Western countries encouraged genocide and sabotage of the Minsk Agreements by Zelensky. Remember May 2, 2014 in Odessa, May 9, 2014 in Mariupol. Was that normal? The report is hypocritical and propagandistic through and through.
