  2.  @ConvictedRaypistTrump  no proof, no guilt. Russian courts work only this way, unlike Ukrainian ones. I think that many will be convicted for the killing of civilians among the Ukrainian military, since there is already a lot of evidence from civilians in Mariupol about this. Find Patrick Lancaster's channel, there you will see many such stories from ordinary people.
