  2.  @SK-bw8ek  No that's not true. Russians have been living in these lands for centuries. Who founded Lugansk, Donetsk, Odessa, Nikolaev, Mariupol, Kharkov, Sevastopol. These cities were founded by Russians back in the 18th century, long before the Soviet Union.
