In Russia, the word Negro is not an insult, since in Russia there was no slavery based on racism, and there was no trade in black people, did not put them into slavery. There were no white masters and black slaves in the history of Russia, therefore Russia historically occupies a higher position in relation to the West in the moral aspect.
