Don't call Dugin a philosopher. He is not a philosopher, he is an ideologist, and an extreme right one at that. For example, he justifies not only death or self-sacrifice for the sake of an idea, but also murder. He spoke about this in his interviews. What philosophical ideas did he give to the world?

@AstralLice83 All herrings are fish, but not all fish are herrings. Just because a person adheres to traditionalism does not make him a philosopher. To be a philosopher, you need to give the world an idea that explains the essence of reality well or can make the world a better place. Dugin does not carry any such idea, so he is not a philosopher.
