@GeeJay1971 Of course. Right now, the US occupation of Cuba and Syria continues, and Britain has annexed the Fonkland Islands from Argentina. In addition, the US has invaded dozens of countries under false pretenses over the past 50 years, as has Britain - Panama, Nicaragua, Korea, Vietnam, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan... Or is it something else?

@derherrgraf6001 Western countries invaded Yugoslavia and carpet-bombed the capital of an independent European country. They bombed for 70 days in a row, delivered 2,300 missile and bomb strikes, including bombs with depleted uranium. More than 6,000 people were killed, 400 children, 7,000 civilians were injured.
In Iraq, which the US is still occupying,
during the years of occupation, about a million Iraqi civilians were killed, and according to some sources, one and a half million.
In Libya, NATO countries have killed more than 20,000 civilians, and are still occupying this country.
In Afghanistan, the United States used drones to bomb peaceful funeral and wedding processions. Women, children, old people died.
In total, more than 35,000 dead civilians.
The US has invaded other states 25 times since World War II alone. As a result of US incursions in other countries, about 38 million refugees have appeared in the world. There are (think about it) 22 million combat veterans in the US, and the US has never fought on its soil.
It is not for the West to dictate to Russia what it can do and what not, since the scale of aggression is much larger.
