  2.  @lordphullautosear  not all strikes were deliberate and not all had troops. There were definitely troops in this building, and it was as if the blow was deliberate. No need to whine if you're placing troops in civilian buildings. It won't save them from being hit. As for education in the USSR, Ukraine is unlikely to ever come close to the heights of its standards. Now universities in Ukraine are graduating ignoramuses like you.
