There was no segregation in the Soviet Union, and under the Russian Empire there was no slavery like in the USA. Fraternity and equality of peoples were promoted at the state level, and interracial relations between men and women were not stigmatized, and even encouraged in literature, cinema, and the press. I can say this as a person who lived in the Soviet Union. There were conflicts, but they were not of a racial nature, but of a domestic one. In general, there is no racism in the USSR and present-day Russia, although there are probably some narrow-minded people who feel racial hostility, but they are marginalized in society.
