If a country on the border with the United States were shelling the surrounding territories and shooting Americans with heavy weapons, then I would be surprised if they did not concentrate troops in this area to prevent a escalation of conflict. Just in case. It's not that hard to understand Russia's actions, you just have to put yourself in their place.

  2.  @jockyoung4491  CNN is propaganda, and I offer a reasonable argument - put yourself in the place of Russia, how would you act in the proposed circumstances? I think the same, or even worse.
