  1. In the video, the Ukrainian soldiers did not surrender, they thought that there were a friendly fire, and shouted for them to stop.

  2. It is not the same, because they are considered prisoners of war when they surrender, and this is not the case. They were ready to resist.  @Nashvillain10SE
