  2. I will never trust any Russian again in my life, unless they have a proven track record of being in the opposition against Putler's regime. OR they have left Russia and denounced their citizenship and actively build a new life abroad.

  4. The best thing you can do is build a new life in another country and over time become citizen of that country. You can keep the good things of your culture for yourself and your family but any possible future children are way better off when there is not 'Russian' stamped on their ID card.
