  4.  @MackmanRell  maybe he liked to walk around and look at his investment in the first years, so that's why they were not covered, and as time goes by people forget their reasoning... and as this channel shows time after time, not much permanent harm is done. It's more important to keep out rodents

  5.  @everything777  it's more for the heirs usually, because these old rich people don't have any use for any extra profits, if they sell at all before they are dead (most don;t) they are too old to start a new expensive hobby and they already have enough to get all comfort and medical care they will ever need
