  1. The problem is , that the current laws allow it, so it's not criminal fraud. only ethical fraud. If it was criminal, throngs of consumers + eager lawyers would have gone to court and make them pay billions in settlements

  3.  @K9V1  my cheap Motorola 2017 phone already had usb-c, it's not like they introduced it last year , USB -C is just the new USB -A, a standard on everything from laptops to raspberry pi's., to phones etc. it's in the bloody name UNIVERSAL Serial BUS U S B. and if you want to use some older Apple products, no problem, just keep using your lightning cables. I know Apple makes stuff that last a long time. I still use Ipads from 2015 because they still function well , the battery is still good, the screen is still ok and 32gb is enough for me, I don;t need 128gb

  4.  @tobiasfedder1390  but when I walk around in Berlin as a tourist, I am still allowed to make pictures of the city. there will be other people on my picture. this law seems a bit silly and completely unenforceable.

  5.  @Franciscop98  no, it's not authoritarian, but just common sense. the world needs standards to run, in cars, planes, computers, clothing, house building everything needs standards for efficiency and safety . to be against that is completely insane . Your freedom of choice can be expressed in other things, like which car you want to drive, which pair of trousers you wear, which operating system you install on your device....

  6.  @sinAnon6689  I suggest that they make money by making you tube premium such a good deal with real advantages over non premium that a lot of us decide to buy YouTube premium. I like to pay for quality, especially adfree quality. I pay for some sport services because they are good and show 0 ads during the event. Like F1 races. No ads from start to finish.
