  1. 81 is above average here in europe where people drive small hatchbacks from Fiat or Renault. (not the big German brands, those will have 150-300 usually)

  2. The problem here in europe is that a larger car like a Camry is taxed heavily, no matter how old it is (unless it is really really old, like 40 years old oldtimer) . So it's no use to buy a €500 car if you have to pay €1000 in taxes and insurance.
