  1. Legally not possible in basically every country that requires such accounts (investments/401k/superannuation/govt mandated fund). Not sure which countries would allow it as most people's retirement accounts are nowhere near large enough, and even the ones that were would be empty immediately after. Also, you have to be old (at least retirement age) to access that money so you'll be too old to be the primary applicant for CBI. This is why many are trapped in the west - money needed is trapped or the cost of living having tripled recently has left them unable to leave. Also it doesn't help that most Digital Nomad visas and residencies require proven monthly income but that excludes income that is passive, from selling stuff/courses online, and it also excludes crypto/stock trading income. Basically countries are pushing away everyone who isn't insanely rich to the point that the interest paid by their bank on their savings is $100k.
