  1. The citizen of whatever other country you have citizenship to as you can't legally renounce without having another citizenship. There are actually laws to prevent statelessness.

Anyone who grabs a history book and looks at 1945-1946 will notice that a heap (various sources give different numbers but easily up to 1 million) of super bad guys (can't use the actual term due to YouTube censorship) fled to South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Ecuador & Bolivia).
