@crazyg74 It was strictly enforced, many people were deported from Perth as a result, however there were many "little-known" exemptions. That law automatically exempted those who had the citizenships automatically by descent (i.e. born with the citizenships), and those who naturalized as Australian citizens before 1900. Also, those who came to Australia as refugees at the end of WW2, had visa conditions on their Refugee visa which let them retain their citizenship, permitted them to naturalize after 10yrs as Australian (retaining their other citizenship), but prohibiting them from ALL welfare except the old age pension providing they worked and paid taxes. The last condition applied to all future generations unless one parent was an Australian citizen by descent or by "right of soil" (Australia was a "right of soil" country until 1993) providing they (or their parents) didn't enter Australia on a Refugee visa issued at the end of WW2.

It'll be on the full list on Nomad Capitalist's website however its a passport that basically no one will ever get as it takes 20yrs of full-time residence and because they don't permit dual nationality; 99.99% of people will NOT renounce every other citizenship they have, just to get citizenship to Monaco. Its a very strong passport according to all rankings but like with UAE, that's because its very hard to get. The vast majority (approx 75%) of people who live in Monaco have Permanent Residence so they retain their multiple citizenships and the resulting mobility they get from having those citizenships.

Hate to break it to you but the world for the most part doesn't work like that anymore. Scam marriages (what you're describing) are hated by ALL countries as they don't want people thinking so little of their citizenship and country. The only thing that being in a genuine long-term marriage (and having children) will achieve is a "partner" or "marriage" visa and a reduced time to naturalization. You'd be required to live there full time with your partner, learn the language, history and integrate into society completely. Basically its only done if genuine and if you plan on living in the country long-term. You still have to pass the same testing and assessments as anyone else wanting to naturalize. If you want something quick - just do CBI and buy your way in legally. If that's too expensive, look at residence by investment as its generally more affordable and offers a shorter path to permanent residence which eventually leads to citizenship. As for access to CANZUK & CUNA - they're all dying a slow death known as "complete economic collapse" - its being dragged out by brain-dead politicians who keep hyperinflating the economy so things momentarily look good on paper but in reality are collapsing. Look at Australia - the money is being de-valued rapidly (i.e. it has SFA buying power), crime is at all time highs, the cost of living tripled since 2020 and is only increasing every week. Taxes are going through the roof (both existing ones getting increased and new ones being introduced) and those who can are leaving before the places totally collapses. Govt spending is only increasing and money that doesn't exist is being spent like no tomorrow. The debts HAVE to be paid which is why the "west" WILL collapse. Honestly there's zero reason for ANY follower of Nomad Capitalist to go to CANZUK or CUNA as its not worth the danger (as crime is sky-rocketing), nor is it worth risking being in CANZUK or CUNA and then being told to "pay taxes because you were here" as they're making it easier to fall into their tax residency because they're desperate for taxes.
