An exit tax of 99% of your estate/wealth is exactly what the Nazis did to Jews, Poles, Gypsies, etc. who were able to leave. The Soviets had a 100% exit tax excluding only one suitcase of only clothes and photos.

@namewithheldforprivacy7107 Two of those three have PIT. One of them just introduced it because the OECD, WEF, BIS & US told them to. Just saying...

@namewithheldforprivacy7107 I have been paying attention. Clearly you failed reading comprehension. My point wasn't about them having a tax, my point was they did what the 'west' and high-tax lobbyists told them to do. I said that addressing your comment that 'the west' can't touch them. They can, did and will again. Once you do as the 'west' say, you'll do that until the 'west' completely collapses and has no military capability. Either way by 2030 the UAE taxes apply to everyone as that's when the current system ends and the whole place is considered UAE - the whole 'zones' thing is being phased out.

@jeremyleonbarlow Hate to break it to you but the reality is that no country has to accept you renouncing. Even if you don't hear anything after 6 months, you're still a citizen, part of renouncing is that you get a letter/cert that says you renounced, that they accepted and that you're no longer their citizen, otherwise you have no legal proof that it was accepted. Also, there's nothing stopping them simply declaring you a citizen again just to tax you. When it comes to citizenship the country is the one with all the power - this is any country. I've seen countries who want to have someone extradited so they made them a citizen so that the demand for extradition couldn't be refused without causing a major international incident.

The difference is an exit tax is a one off event. This is effectively permanent unless you go to another high tax country. The point is you're stuck in high tax and can never pay less than 50% of Frances taxes without paying the difference to France.

@NeilAC78 Rubbish, there'll always be a few places. You forget that the 'elites' aren't going to live under the rubbish they want to subject the 99% to. Thus the tax havens will remain, even if you they stop others from moving there. This is why you need to get to such a place now, whilst its still possible. Also, at no point in time has the entire world been under UN, WEF or BIS control - there's always a few small countries that say 'go to hell' and simply do their own thing. That's why I believe that the more islands that become countries, the better as that means more places that won't just 'do as they're told'.

@kacperpiotrowski7239 My family were directly affected (the ones that weren't murdered by Nazis and Soviets - only 4 people in the family weren't murdered) by both the Nazi and the Soviet exit taxes. I have a relative who currently is affected by the French BS and the upcoming BS so they're starting the process to 'get out' whilst they can.
