  1. And the proof that the official story is bullshit is all the companies use the total number of GPS' in an area and/or the number of phones in an area to measure congestion, never cameras. Anyone who wants to try this out, get 10 GPS' or 10 phones, turn them on and sit them along a road. Watch the congestion increase on the mapping service.
