  1. People might just guerilla garden the parks and forests so that food is there for those who know what to look for. Forests are giant and easily guerilla gardened; food growing in a forest is more likely to go undetected. Just saying...

  2. @SurvivalLilly It's to justify banning having a garden, a veggie patch and to justify locking everyone inside of 15-minute cities. Like the districts in The Hunger Games. Just ignore the lies from the powers that be.
