Trade/barter (as plenty of people currently do as they don't care its currently illegal to do trade/barter), bullion has and is always accepted in bad times, Monero (completely untraceable) cryptocurrency and fairly stable in value. People will always and have always found solutions throughout history.

  2.  @robbraxmantech  In one of the Nordic countries the govt gave beggars credit card machines to accept payments. They now offer them phones for epayments as well. Charged by a small solar battery bank the govt gives them as well. All very dystopian!
