  1. I understand your point if you not looking for.. anything. But doing the best to blend in seems like baby zebra behavior, not masculine behavior. Too fancy, peacock, starving for attention. Classy and adequate, but ok with being different ✅️ IMO. White and light at the beach because it's right even if everyone else dresses nonsensical black jeans. (To make it oversimple, doesn't need to be looks, can be opinion, lifestyle...) PS: If you are in peace, probably you stand out then, without doing anything intentionally or with effort. Wu wei? 😊

  4. The one more ready to say No holds the power. A company has no power over me if offering less than I already have for the same job, for example. Companies have little power over people in high demand. But still makes sense to me. The masculine one leads, hires.
