Do you pay more than asked price for cars, houses, toilet paper, employees if you have...?Everyone pays the minimum. Or goes out of business. Sure, there is power unbalances and abuse. Companies only 'learn' when they can't find workers (drivers in this case). Which are replaced by software or automated stuff, soon robots... robotaxis...
