The irony is deep here. Republican Sen Joe McCarthy ruined the careers of many innocent people through baseless slander about Russians infiltrating our government. Trump has welcomed Russians into our government and claims he is a victim of baseless slander while attacking many innocent people with his twitter feed. ON TOP OF THAT - Roy Cohn was a McCarthy attack dog and trump has admired Cohn since he worked for Trump's father Josef Drumph. Let that sink in folks.
