  1. "laws" are any set of intersubjective fictions that a group collectively agrees to. The absence of laws (rules of society) is anarchy which is not the natural human condition, but the end stage of a society. We may not all agree on what the laws are, but as individuals we can find those with similar values and form our own versions of societies.
