  2. This is the ultimate demonstration that these "compassionate people" are utterly and hopelessly detached from reality. It is the divergence that arises when you base all of your decisions on how something makes you feel vs. what is actually helpful. Absolut enabling.

  3.  @Michigoose  It's somewhat of a conundrum. You don't want to turn away a person in need of care because they've cried wolf too many times, but we can't allow the mentally ill to run the show.
