  1. The very question is flawed. Expelling their hardened criminals alleviates chaos in Venezuela, regardless of the effect here in the States. And regardless of whether or not expulsion is an official or unofficial policy of the Venezuelan government, the gangs are here after walking across the border. Those are the issues that need to be addressed.
