It is at least immoral to do what the CCP died and highly criminal to cut another country from the supply of vital medicine that saves lives.

Yet the company was forced into that contract by the CCP otherwise it would have had no access to mainland China. To make it more understandable for you: CCP forced the company to exclude Taiwan. The company said ok. Now the CCP, the wumaos and the tankies say that it was Taiwan's fault which is a brain damaged argumentation. And the "CCP suggested" part is just hilarious considering what it pulled through and the fact that the CCP used its own vaccines to force other countries to denounce Taiwan and isolate it even more. And let's not forget that it's the CCP in the first place why 3.5 million people world wide died and we have a pandemic.

Two parties China and Biontech decide on behalf of the third party (Taiwan) without consulting the third party (Taiwan) that they are going to exclude and/or restrict it from accessing required medicine. It is like you live in a building and your neighbor just made a contract with the shop downstairs stating that if you want to buy groceries from there you need to let him in your apartment and the next shop is in the next city far away. And that makes it illegal and immoral. Taiwan is an independent country and it is to be treated as such without closing any contracts that China treats it as part of an imaginary "Greater China".
