  1.  @user-nd7rd8jo6h  Maybe they’ll let this one post. You see, the 1st Amendment says the government cannot infringe on one’s right to free speech. However, there is no amendment that says people have to provide one with a platform from which to speak. Nor is there an Amendment that says anyone has to listen or give a damn. THOSE are things you have to earn.

  13.  @user-nd7rd8jo6h  WRONG! The simple fact of s that the school allowed them to protest (for too long, I think). The “protestors” yelled at and taunted other students and police and blocked people’s access in thorough fares. The school told the students to disperse dozens of times, but they refused. At that point they became trespassers subject to arrest. What you fail to realize is that the school really doesn’t have a choice. The liability to the school is just to great. You see the 1st Amendment says the government can’t stifle your speech. However, there is no Amendment that says anyone has to provide a platform for you to speak, nor is there one requiring anyone to listen or care. For the school, however, If anyone gets hurt during a “protest”, the school would be sued out of existence. But the most ridiculous aspect of the “protests” was that, and I would put money on it, couldn’t find Gaza on a map to save their lives!! Lots of females students out there supporting an transition. that believes in totally subjugating women. Unbelievable!,

  14.  @user-nd7rd8jo6h  As for the Supreme Court, I wouldn’t count on what has come before. They’re getting rid of the rules and re-writing them. They’re currently colluding with a candidate who has said publicly that, if elected, he will bring in the military to squash any protests!

  19. The key is to change our society’s perception of education. Why are K-12 teachers having to take on 2nd jobs to make ends meet while people really really good at carrying, throwing, dribbling, or hitting a ball around a designated space are being paid tens, if not hundreds, of millions of dollars?? This is our fault! We decide as a society the value of their contributions. We seem to value being entertained far more than being educated and THAT IS A BIG problem.
