If you can think logically, your answer would likely be “Not enough information.” right? Same thing here. Criminal cases are fact-specific for a reason. Because the circumstances are key. This idiot asking the question again and again and again is the equivalent of a kid at recess who gets into a beef and keeps repeating, “I know you are, but what am I?0 it’s juvenile and pathetic. The only reason Kennedy asked it was because he KNEW it wasn’t answerable by any intelligent person and was trying to make her appear evasive to those who want to believe it. How’s that?

He was demanding a simple yes or no, period. So your answer is “No”. As for the question “Was there criminal behavior on Jan 6th, I don’t know anyone who would say there wasn’t. I mean, people stormed the building crying for the death of Pelosi and the Vice President! Those people are being found guilty or are pleading guilty and being sent to prison. But your question is a good illustration of my point. It’s not defined enough if your asking about criminal behavior on the part of politicians, is it? THAT’s what the committee was formed to investigate.

  47. Well, in a perfect world, the protestors would have to take a written test on the subject matter of the protest for inclusion in the protest. That would likely end the protests right there. But aside from that, a “peaceful protest” on campus is done with the permission of the school. If the protestors remain after the school has revoked its permission, those protestors become trespassers and subject to arrest. Period.
