  7. The thing is, these protests are different from the civil rights, viet nam protests of the 20th century. Those were pretty straight forward ideals they were protesting for that evoked strong passions. These protestors today are just pissed off at the world and looking for ways to let their anger out. In essence, they appear to be protesting for the sake of protesting, not because of passionate belief in something. And it gets worse. Many don’t seem to care much about understanding what they are protesting. There’s no question the students are being manipulated and used by Palestinian forces and agitators. Just shut it down!

Set them each up in fully-furnished one bdrm apartments all expenses paid, with food vouchers, restaurant vouchers to the restaurants of their choice? Perhaps an entertainment stipend? They have free heath care. How about a vacation stipend too? Of course you realize probably the majority are mentally ill. Those appts wont last long when they stop taking their meds. Surely you see the OBVIOUS problem either that, right? NO ONE WOULD WORK!!

  28.  @tessmith3351 . Well the mass deportation plan is going to cost taxpayers a lot more. Facilities will have to be built to house people awaiting deportation and their upkeeps has to paid for. Then there is the cost of actually deporting them and the question of wheee to deport them to. Some countries won’t take them back. And let’s not forget how they will have to hire many times the number of border and ICE agents to enforce the deportation. Guess who is going to pay for all that. Wait til your taxes are raised to afford it. We know the right won’t get it from the rich or the corporations.
