  2. Are you sure that FL condo is worth millions today? If it’s on the beach especially, last I heard, no one is buying those condos because of new law requiring large reserve funds be maintained by the condo association in anticipation of increasing hurricane damage . That, in turn, is sending association fees for owners skyrocketing. And let’s not forget, there are only (i think) 3 insurance companies who will touch the state of Florida today. If you can get one of them to give you a policy at all, you will pay through the nose for it. I’ll bet Rudy’s condo has recently lost a lot of its value.

  3. Oh no no no. This was a fiasco. This SPAC merger was supposed to go through last year to fill his coffers. SEC got wise and stalled it. Guess who has major interest in the merging company? Go ahead guess! You got it, a Russian oligarch who used to be Putin’s right hand man.
