It’s too bad stupidity isn’t a crime. This wouldn’t be an issue. The video said the City Council holds those meetings so the public has a forum to air their opinions, informed or not. Perhaps the solution is to NOT have those forums anymore. Don’t members of the public who participate in those forums that are for THEIR benefit, owe a duty to respect the forum and not make baseless, ignorant attacks on the council members who have taken the time to be there? Notice I didn’t say members of the public should have to actually understand the issue or the insults they hurl. That would be too much for our clueless public who all want to share their meaningless opinions about issues they haven’t bothered to research or understand. I wish those council members had put him on the spot and asked him to justify the “fascist” accusation. Maybe just publicly humiliating the entitled fool would have been more effective, but people would be complaining about that being oppressive too. What a bunch of pansies we have raised in this country. For some reason they seem to think anyone cares about their uneducated “feelings” about issues. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why the rest of the world is literally laughing at this country today. Well done!
