  2. That’s the thing, isn’t it? You can’t “force” feelings or legislate thought, can you?I do think that the level or extent the formation of formalized DEI programs rose to were over the top. Private companies were forced to spend a lot of cash creating DEI programs and departments to avoid the “racism” accusation being levied (always looking at the bottom line).

  3.  @loriomyoreo8224 You THINK you can get quality candidates. What if you can’t? What do you do? Follow the DEI requirements? Or hire who you think is best in the position? If the latter, if most hires were of the same skin color, would that indicate racism?
