  2. If those communities want stores lie Target to be accessible to them, they need to stand against those members of the communities who insist of stealing and driving these stores out. It’s as simple as that. These communities have to stop protecting and demonstrating for criminals among them and start helping law enforcement to shut them down. Otherwise, don’t complain.
