They won’t deal with these shelters either, not least of all because they become violent, dangerous places. They also don’t want to abide by the rules of these shelters. They voluntarily choose to stay on the streets. Careful. Your bigotry is showing.

Those “stepping stones where nothing counts against you being housed like any other human being” aren’t realistic or possible, particularly in a country the size of the US, are they? The country would turn into one big welfare state. If everyone were entitled to be “housed like every other human being”, why would anyone work…..ever? Non homeless Americans house themselves, remember?
