  116.  @ericgardner5548  Then there is an aspect of the law you have not discovered. Who is going to sue the cops after being arrested for not identifying. Damages would be minimal. What lawyer is going to take that case in contingency? Lawyers make sure they get paid. They are certainly not going to sue a cop individually. Cops have nothing to take because we don’t pay them enough. Ben Crump and his race baiting partners only take cases with deep pockets on the other side. You must know that litigation costs hundreds of thousands of dollars. Unless the plaintiff has that kind of money to throw away with potentially no return, no one is going to sue. Everything has a consequence. What do you think those Crump extortion suits are accomplishing other than draining city coffers and lining crumps pockets (he and his cohorts likely take most of any settlement payment. Those suits are not “won” by plaintiffs, they are settled by the city because litigation is just too expensive. There is no fault determined in settlements. As for police brutality, just about every one of the poster cases have been the result of the suspects actions of not cooperating or trying to run. That is NOT the cops’ fault. Then of course we have the BLM fiction cases like Treyvon Martin and Michael Brown that were sold as police brutality cases but were not. This business of wasting time and resources for the sole purpose of being uncooperative, should result in the arrested having to pay for those wasting those resources. Protest is important if it is warranted. This crap is just nonsense.
