  1. why is the diversity rule taking into effect in 2024 and not next year? kind of fucking stupid to make such an idiotic fun. either make it and go into effect in a year or don't make it at all. Not like the communicate is doing anything right now anyways. and for the record, i'm not advocating for SJW, just asking a general question.
