  2. If I fulfilled 60% of the job requirements, I would consider myself overqualified. Most job requirements are just sexual fantasies for human resources.

  3. Applying =/= getting hired. Often 40% of "requirements" are fluff anyways.

  4. Applying doesn't mean getting hired. If you only apply if you fulfil 100% of the requirements, you are missing out on jobs. And yes, that's something women tend to do.
