  2. That's mostly wrong. Men and women have the same muscles. Men just tend to be leaner, therefore appearing stronger at the same size. As for the fatigue resistance, this effect pretty much goes away if you control for muscle size/strength. If you have little strength you will recover faster from the same relative effort.
