  4. That would be a great idea if it were not fundamentally unpractical. Imagine what it would mean if you had to point your device at a light source to receive WiFi all of the time. Not very pleasant, hm? We already use light signals in glass fiber and there is a reason we want our WiFi to extend through objects. If anything this "LiFi" is an extension of the Ethernet, not a replacement for WiFi.

  7.  @siamsurf  I bet my ass that every single person designing Elon's rockets has at the very least a bachelor's degree in engineering. Even if you are a great autodidact you are probably still better off studying in an environment of smart people rather than on your own.
