  5. No, but it can add to the suspicion of police when they already have a hunch. The super paranoid people will tell you not to watch youtube videos on darknet/opsec/illegal stuff.

  7. TOR provides security without Tails or any other special OS. I'm pretty sure the majority of TOR users don't do ANYTHING extra for security.

  9.  @B0Y0038  There's two things, staying under the radar and plausible deniability. Even if they "found" you doesn't mean they can actually win in court. They can know with very great likelyhood that you did something - because your computer was one of few on TOR at a moment, but not have the requisite evidence to put you in jail, bcs you used tails.
