  2.  @RavensFanJ  Hitting someone after being swarmed and shouted at is hardly "initiating" anything. You're well within your right to throw the first punch when you're surrounded or when someone gets into your face. No one of the attackers feels threatened by him AT ALL. They go after him, because he's not a threat.
