  3. Presumably he followed traffic rules and actually used the brakes from time to time. That kid literally just floored the gas pedal and steered in the general direction of the street.

  8. How fast you can drive has absolutely nothing to do with the driver. That just depends on the car and how much distance you have to accelerate.

  11. I see no indication of him driving well. As for him driving at all, I guess it's automatic, so he just needs to reach one of the pedals with his foot.
