  2.  @DirtMerchant693  The employees accept the job knowing full well that it will pay off via tips. They could accept other jobs with nominally high payment, but no tips and choose the tips instead. There's plenty of waiters and bartenders earning a lot bcs of drunk/rich people tipping.

  3.  @kathyharmon2093  If you want more money for the food, say so up front. "Tipping" is a scam just like all other hidden costs. Waiters earn way above comparable jobs, bcs they commit to this scam.
